It is this area’s task to develop projects for warehouses, buildings, agri-food companies, co-ops, farms, etc. Here, we take care of every aspect of the process, from the preliminary sketching to the design, calculation, drafting, and management of each project, including their construction and installation phases. Our expertise covers project legalisations, licence applications, and, where appropriate, public aid management. Below is an overview of the main projects endeavoured throughout the last years.

Refurbishing works at a fruit and vegetable plant. A project co-funded by the Regional Agricultural Department. Programa de Desarrollo Rural (Rural Development Programme), 2014-2020.
By-product handling company (Silla, Valencia).
Refurbishing works at a citrus by-product plant on an implementing budget amounting to €12,000,000. 2012.
Adaptation works at the facilities of a services sector company (San Antonio de Benagéber).
Updating works at the exhibition and sales hall of a camper van company, with an approximate surface area of 26,909.78 squared feet.
Adaptation works and legalisation of technical support facilities located in Paterna (Valencia).
Adaptation and legalisation of an industrial equipment firm’s facilities for technical support and after-sales service. 2019.

€400,000 worth project development and management services for works in several municipal facilities, located in the following addresses: Sagunto St., Margarita Salas St. and several nearby locations, Roger de Flor St. and Paterna Street. 2019.

Refurbising and updating works at a feed mill.
